The Vanguard monitoring system was designed primarily for central forced air furnace systems. This includes natural gas, propane, oil-based furnaces, electric air handlers and dual-fuel systems. The main requirement is central forced air. 

Thermalworks provides local HVAC partners with monitoring devices to be installed in-house. Those devices are connected to a Wi-Fi network which communicates the monitored data. The information is then monitored by the Thermalworks support team.

We work with all contractor partners to fit seamlessly within their service framework and service-level agreements.

All Thermalworks products and services are CSA/UL certified. All contracting partners are fully insured and bonded.

Thermalworks' solutions are white-labeled and provided directly by our contracting partners in each city. Pricing is subject to individual markets, services, and business models.
