Founder, Business Development
A Residential Air Systems Designer, Josh created Thermalworks to bring innovative technological solutions to an underserved market. His goal is to make Residential HVAC more accessible to homeowners and elevate the HVAC industry as a whole.
Kevin Roach
Founder, Product Development
A Master Electrician by trade, Kevin has a keen understanding of the intricacies of micro-electronics, and their applications in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. He, along with our development team, takes the ideas and brings them to life.
